Breakfast Pizza

Is it Pizza Friday? How about mixing it up with a Breakfast Pizza – Add any toppings you like (maybe some black olives? …), as I always encourage, make it your own.


1 (8 ounce) Package Pillsbury Crescent Rolls

1 Pound Odom’s Tennessee Pride Sausage, cooked and drained

1 ½ Cup Hash Brown Potatoes, thawed

1 Cup Cheese, shredded (your choice)

5 Eggs

½ Cup Milk

½ tsp Morton Salt

1/8 tsp McCormick Pepper

2 Tbsp Kraft Parmesan Cheese

FIRST Separate Crescent Roll dough

SECOND With points of rolls toward center, press dough over bottom and up sides of an ungreased 12” pizza pan (or a 9 x 13” pan with sides) to form crust

THIRD Seal dough perforations

FOURTH Beat together Eggs, Milk, Salt and Pepper

FIFTH Layer Hash Brown Potatoes, Sausage and egg mixture

SIXTH Top with Cheese and sprinkle Parmesan Cheese over top

SEVENTH Bake at 375 F for 35 minutes until the eggs are set
