Breakfast Casserole

Breakfast for dinner?  Yes, please!  Enjoy this Breakfast Casserole for any meal…


1 Pound Odom’s Tennessee Pride Sausage

 6 Slices Bread, crumbled

2 Cups Milk

½ tsp The Spice House Dry Mustard

1 Cup Cracker Barrel Cheddar Cheese, shredded

½ tsp Morton Salt

6 Eggs, beaten

Pam Nonstick Cooking Spray

FIRST Brown the Sausage and drain the grease

SECOND Spray a 2 ½ quart casserole dish with Cooking Spray

THIRD Layer the Bread, Sausage and Cheese in the casserole dish

FOURTH Combine the Eggs, Salt, Mustard, Milk and stir together

FIFTH Pour the milk mixture over the layered dish

SIXTH Refrigerate, if needed, until ready to cook

SEVENTH Bake at 325 F for 45 minutes

Serve 4 to 6
