Taco Soup for another bitter cold Taco Tuesday – old man winter go away…and please don’t come back!


1 Pound Ground Beef

2 Cups Ro-Tel Tomatoes

1 Cup Green Chilies, chopped

1 Cup Bush’s Pinto Beans

1 Cup Bush’s Kidney Beans

1 Cup Whole Corn

1 Package Lawry’s Taco Seasoning*

1 Package Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing

Cracker Barrel Cheddar Cheese, shredded (optional)

Fritos Corn Chips (optional)

FIRST Brown Ground Beef and drain grease

SECOND Put meat into Crock-Pot® with other ingredients (do not drain any of the canned ingredients)

THIRD Cook on medium heat for 2 hours or until done

*Making your own taco seasoning is a great option also

Serve in bowls with Corn Chips and top with Cheddar Cheese
