Red Grape and Tuna Salad Pita

 Need a quick, easy, simple and healthy sandwich option?  Try this Red Grape and Tuna Salad Pita to boost your metabolism and satisfy your taste buds.

Ingredients

½ Can Tuna in Water, drained (3 ounces)

½ Cup Red Grapes, halved

1 Tbsp Slivered Almonds

1 Tbsp Fresh Mint, chopped

1 Tbsp Lemon Juice

2 tsp Olive Oil

1/8 tsp Black Pepper

1 Whole-Grain Pita, halved

FIRST Combine all ingredients (except the pita) in a bowl and toss gently

SECOND Spoon into pita halves

Enjoy alone or with a side salad
