Macaroni and Cheese

Macaroni and Cheese – who doesn’t love a great Mac & Cheese recipe?


1 Box Macaroni, cooked and drained (according to the package instructions)

1 Stick Butter, unsalted (1/2 cup)

1 Pound Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated (4 cups)

1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup

1 Can Milk (use empty soup can)

½ Cup Onion, chopped

1 Cup Mayonnaise

¼ Cup Pimientos, chopped (2 ounces)

Ritz Crackers, crushed

FIRST Combine the macaroni, butter and cheese in a large rectangular baking dish (13 x 9” pan)

SECOND In a bowl mix together the soup, milk, onion, mayonnaise, and pimintos

THIRD Pour the soup mixture over the macaroni mixture

FOURTH Cover the dish with crushed crackers

Bake at 350 F for about 30 minutes, serves 6-8
